Description/Value:
Provision of 4 nr additional guest bedrooms, owners and staff accommodation, storage facilites and alterations to dining areas and reception.
Additional Information:
Construction methods comprised a mixture of traditional cavity wall construction and timber framed structures all clad externally with cement board cladding to give the “New England” appearance. Roof coverings comprised natural slate and mineralised felt finishes. Rooms were constructed to the latest soundproofing standards and the interior was finished to complement the beach edge location.
