Penzance Watersports Centre

Design and Build Contract working in partnership with Poynton Bradbury Wynter Cole Architects and Penwith College as our client.

This project comprised the demolition of the 1970’s Club house and the reconstruction of a two storey modern water sports centre for the use of the local community. Traditional masonry ground floor construction with timber frame to the first floor.

The centre boasts changing rooms, improved storage, kitchen, bar and a general clubhouse space.

Situated towards the end of the Grade II listed Albert Pier required considerable amount of care and attention due to the access constraints working on the very exposed water edge.
